A prominent piece of St. Augustine’s working waterfront is officially on the market for $14 million.
River’s Edge Marina, a full-service marina on the San Sebastian River, is up for sale — and with it, its longtime on-site tenant and local favorite, Hurricane Patty’s.
The facility features more than 85 slips for vessels up to 120 feet, modern floating docks, fuel services, air-conditioned restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and ample parking, according to listing agent Craig Cunningham of St. Johns Commercial Properties.
With a mix of transient and long-term slipholders, the marina is known for its easy access to downtown St. Augustine and relaxed atmosphere.

The listing includes the property housing Hurricane Patty’s, a casual waterfront restaurant that has operated at the site for nearly two decades and built a dedicated local clientele.
The total lot size, according to the listing, is 1.23 acres, and the building square footage totals 3,805 square feet.
“Nestled just west of the historic downtown area, this marina provides excellent protection and easy access to all of St. Augustine’s amenities,” the listing states.
The site itself has a long maritime history, dating back to the 1920s when the original building was used as a fish house and later a boat-building facility, according to the restaurant’s website.
