Can you pay me now?

After months of speculation and rumor, the buyer of a $22 million Ponte Vedra Beach Boulevard mansion has been revealed as former T-Mobil CEO John Legere.

The colorful billionaire — who gleefully posts pictures of himself enjoying the First Coast on Instagram — paid all cash for the 5 bedroom, 6.5 bath oceanfront property earlier this year through an LLC.

Remarkably, the property traded for just $3.1 million in 2012 after being originally listed at the time for $3.6 million.

Originally from Massachusetts, Legere held executive positions at Dell and AT & T before taking the helm at T-Mobil in 2012 and leading the company through 2020.

The 66-year-old appears to delight in Ponte Vedra Beach’s varied pursuits, and posts selfies from the area’s waters and golf courses.
