St. Johns County’s emergence as one of Florida fastest growing areas has sent home values soaring, with unprecedented hikes in every zip code.
Prices rocketed by a 61 percent over the last five years, surging from $322,298 in July 2019 to an eye-watering 520,362 in July of this year, according to Zillow’s Home Value Index.
While the entire county has seen rapid appreciation, figures vary significantly by zip code.
