The Roscoe renaissance ratchets up.
A landmark estate on South Roscoe Boulevard has sold for $7.5 million, setting a new record for residential sales along the coveted Intracoastal stretch in Palm Valley.
The sale comfortably eclipses the previous benchmark of $7.1 million set by entrepreneur Brig Hart’s nearby home, “Seven Palms,” which closed last year.
The new record-holder, a sprawling 4.59-acre compound with 500 feet of direct Intracoastal Waterway frontage, drew intense interest from high-net-worth buyers seeking rare water access in the heart of Palm Valley.

Noted local listing agent Merrill Engelhardt of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty handled the high profile transaction.
The property, which included three parcels—17, 17½, and 25 South Roscoe Boulevard—offered a rare combination of size, privacy, and recreational allure.
Tucked behind private gates, the main residence is complemented by a guest house, a transportation building, and a wealth of other features: a screened pool and spa, koi pond, private tennis court, golf feature, and lushly landscaped gardens.

With 500 feet along the Intracoastal, the estate stands among the largest residential waterfronts in the area, offering panoramic views and direct access to boating.
The sale attracted significant attention not only locally, but from regional buyers along the coast. Several suitors, including current oceanfront homeowners, considered trading beach breaks for the calmer waters and boating convenience of the Intracoastal.
While the buyer’s identity has not been disclosed, the home was secured by a local purchaser.

The previous Roscoe Boulevard record, just up the road, included a 5,750-square-foot residence and a 3,166-square-foot car garage, also located on the Intracoastal.
