Three standout St. Johns County seniors have earned prestigious spots on USA Today’s year‑end Top 100 Florida recruits list for the Class of 2026 — with two of them committed to Oklahoma.

Brian Harris (Creekside High School) — ranked No. 77, the 6‑3, 280‑lb defensive lineman anchored the Knights’ defensive front under head coach Sean McIntyre.
A 3-star recruit, he starred at Mandarin in Jacksonville before heading to St. Johns County for his senior year.
The Knights captured the District 1‑7A title but saw their playoff run end in the first round with a loss to DeLand High School.
Harris has committed to Oklahoma, bringing his blend of size and power to Norman.

Jacob Curry (Nease High School) — ranked No. 59, 6‑1, 208 lbs, linebacker/safety — starred for the Panthers under head coach Collin Drafts.
The fleet-footed tackling machine initially committed to Northwestern before attracting a flurry of fresh offers during an explosive senior year.
Curry led Nease’s defensive unit as the Panthers went 9–2 in the regular season, routed Oakleaf High School 45–7 in the first playoff round, and fell 29–17 to Buchholz High School in the regional semifinals.
Curry has verbally committed to Oklahoma.

Somourian Wingo (St. Augustine High School) — ranked No. 19, 6‑2, 180‑lb wide receiver — led a potent offensive attack under head coach Brian Braddock.
The acrobatic Yellow Jacket crafted an electric highlight reel of clutch catches this past year, drawing offers from the likes of Tennessee, Michigan, and Florida.
St. Augustine lost only to Mandarin during the regular season and won their first two playoff games before losing to Choctawhatchee in the Class 4A regional round.
Wingo has committed to the University of Miami.
