Ponte Vedra Boulevard’s meteoric real estate ascent continues.

A vacant 0.3-acre waterfront parcel along Northeast Florida’s most coveted span has hit the market for an eye-popping $9.25 million.

The listing agent — top local broker Tina Webster of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty — notes that the plot is the only empty slot remaining between the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and its sister property The Lodge.

“This property offers more than just ocean views, it offers a lifestule many dream of but few can attain,” Webster told The Citizen.

The land rises gently behind natural dunes, affording a view that stretches unbroken across the Atlantic, Richard notes.

With 100 feet of ocean frontage and direct beach access, it’s a spot made for a custom home designed to take full advantage of the sea, air and light.

To the south, The Lodge & Club offers beachfront dining and pools, in addition to beach access.

To the north, the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club has championship golf, tennis courts, a spa, and a fitness center—all within walking distance.

And just a short drive away, TPC Sawgrass hosts THE PLAYERS Championship.

“To be able to walk to world-class golf, and the beach, while building a custom home that reflects your personal vision is what Ponte Vedra living is all about. There’s nothing else like it.”
