A suspected lightning strike ignited a devastating house fire in St. Augustine Friday afternoon, officials said.
St. Johns County Fire Rescue responded to the in the 100 block of Willow Island Pt. in St. Augustine Friday, according to a Facebook post.
Emergency crews responded to the residence and found flames shooting through the roof.
All occupants managed to exit without injury, and firefighters ensured that no one remained.
