An 18-year-old was arrested after investigators said he took part in a large late-night brawl in St. Augustine and repeatedly struck an unconscious man in the head with a glass bottle last month, papers state.
The incident happened around midnight on March 15 near 500 Florida Club Boulevard at the Florida Club condominium complex, according to warrant paperwork.
Deputies later responded to a Jacksonville hospital after two injured men arrived for treatment following the fight.

One victim suffered serious injuries, including a broken jaw and head trauma, and was flown to another hospital for additional care.
According to the arrest report, witnesses described a chaotic scene involving multiple people.
Investigators gathered surveillance footage from the area along with cellphone videos recorded by bystanders, which the clash.
Authorities said the 19-year-old was seen with a group before the fight began and at one point moved into a nearby wooded area.
When the victims arrived and the confrontation escalated, he reemerged and joined in.

Video evidence allegedly shows him striking one of the victims about ten times in the head with a glass bottle.
Law enforcement noted that the victim had already been knocked to the ground by another person and appeared unconscious during the attack.
In one of the recordings, a person filming addressed the suspect by name.
After the fight slowed, the suspect was heard making statements suggesting he was willing to continue.
Investigators also cited sworn witness statements and identification by a co-defendant.
The teen, a St. Augustine resident, is now facing a felony battery charge.
