Toll Brothers has a new iron in the fire.
The luxury homebuilder is developing a gated community in St. Augustine called Iron Branch, positioned as one of the area’s most exclusive new enclaves.
Located west of downtown St. Augustine and south of World Golf Village, homes will start at $1.3 million and rise depending on floor plans and upgrades.
According to the Iron Branch website, the 1.4-acre homesites back up to preserved open space, ponds, and farmland.
The community will feature three-car garages, “multigenerational suites,” and soaring two-story great rooms, Toll Brothers said.
Four home designs are listed, ranging from the 3,749-square-foot Arcadia to the 4,700-square-foot Beckingham.
“Choose from a selection of modern one- and two-story home designs with over 3,700 square feet, bright open living areas, gourmet kitchens, spectacular covered lanais, and options including multigenerational suites,” a description reads.
Iron Branch will also include a 14-acre lake with a dock and a pavilion for neighborhood gatherings.
