Bliss By The Sea, a 12-room bed and breakfast perched along the Intracoastal Waterway with approximately 100 feet of waterfront frontage, is listed for $7.29 million, according to a new listing from veteran local broker Rich O’Brien.
The property, which reopened in May 2023 after a nine-month renovation, includes 12 en-suite guest rooms, a pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a two-level boathouse with two slips and an upper-level gathering area.
The bed and breakfast uses automated booking and guest access systems, centralized controls for HVAC, pool, and access, and employs on-site housekeeping.
Daily breakfast service is provided through a leased kitchen operated by a professional chef.
Bliss By The Sea is also used for private events, including weddings.
The property includes rooftop space overlooking Crescent Beach and the Matanzas River, according to the listing.
The property is being marketed as a turnkey operation with staff and systems in place, with “obvious upside—ideal for an experienced innkeeper looking to step into a property that’s already dialed in.”
It last changed hands in 2022 for $6.2 million, according to county records.
