Heart lead singer Ann Wilson has dropped the price of her 12.5-acre Palatka home on the St. Johns River after five months on the market.
The 4,084 square foot home with 510 feet of water frontage was initially listed for $2 million in September.
Broker Kim Martin-Fisher revealed a $105,000 reduction in an Instagram post last week.
Wilson, 74, bought the property for $885,000 in 2019.
She put the picturesque residence on the market soon after she was diagnosed with cancer and cancelled a schedule tour.
But the decorated crooner emerged from chemotherapy and is set to launch a new Heart tour beginning this month.
Wilson has sold more than 35 million records and earned a spot in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

I live in Palatka. Moved here in 2019 as well from Montana. I am not a doctor and I’m just telling what o have found to help . I hope someone will tell her to take ivermectin or fenbendazole also eat apricot kernels and soursop it could cure her cancer! I love her music! I grew up listening to her ! One of my favorites. Prayers ❤️🙏
It’s a beautiful house, and property. I wish I could buy it just so that I could say I bought Ann Wilson’s house but nobody wants to live in Palatka.

Well less likely too be damaged by hurricanes, above average schools?? Has water on river, park like acreage, forgot to mention garages and outbuildings, distance from ocean and keys, of course democrats or republican are dirty words, they can’t commute, like repeated history, snakes and gators, boot material???? No I can’t buy , just messing around. Side walls evened out with flat roofs in front would give it more modern 70’s appeal before democrates and republicans. Maybe a big round window, maybe the angle of roof has a purpose? Kick it out!

I would like for it to be my home. I live here in Palatka. My Church home is in Palatka, and I enjoy living on the St. Johns River.
I left Jupiter in 2016 due to congestion and crime. I moved to Palatka on the river. It’s a beautiful peaceful place and the town of Palatka is charming and the people here after respectful and polite. Never once regret the move. Anyone who buys the home will love it here.
Beautiful property. Palatka is no stranger to successful singers. Early 1960s singer Johnny Tillotson (“Poetry In Motion”) is from there!
