A two-story, 54,000 square foot miniature golf complex has been propsed for St. Johns County, according to a report.
The proposed development would be located on a 4.5-acre site at 7250 and 7280 U.S. 1 N., roughly a half a mile south of International Golf Parkway, the Jacksonville Daily Record relayed.
Named Nothing Putt Fun, the grounds would feature two 18-hole courses spanning 22,000 square feet along with a 32,000 indoor space, according to the outlet.
The venture would include a bar, food trucks, televisions and arcade games, along with 117 parking spots, JDR said.
The developer is currently in contract to buy the property and must have a rezoning approved for the project to proceed.
The tract was listed for $2,899,000 a little over a month ago, property records show.
The county’s Development Review Committee will vet the proposal on August 6.
The Planning and Zoning Agency would then issue a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners, who would vote on the rezoning.
