You can buy the sushi — and the secrets.

The owners of Kotobuki Asian Cuisine are selling more than just real estate — they’re handing over their precious family recipes, as well.

The popular Japanese restaurant in Ponte Vedra has been listed for sale, along with its fully built-out 1,479-square-foot commercial condo, for $925,000.

Located along U.S. Highway 1 near Nocatee, Kotobuki has been a local favorite for sushi and traditional dishes, run by the same family for years.

Now, the next owner will get the keys, the kitchen equipment, and the know-how.

The listing notes that the sellers are willing to pass down their family recipes and operations knowledge.

The unit has seen more than $200,000 in upgrades and includes a full commercial kitchen with 15 feet of hood space, a back loading door, and an office.

All appliances and equipment are included in the sale.

Situated in a 53,000-square-foot retail plaza built in 2006, the restaurant is zoned for commercial general use and sits in a fast-growing stretch of northern St. Johns County.

The restaurant currently does not offer delivery service, presenting what the listing describes as a “growth opportunity” for new ownership.
