The waterfront home of popular Palm Valley Outdoors is officially on the market for $15.5 million — but loyal patrons can rest easy: the restaurant isn’t going anywhere, The Citizen has learned.
The 2.5-acre property, which includes an adjoining bait shop, sits along one of the county’s most coveted stretches of Roscoe Boulevard, with 1,000 feet of water frontage.
The 8,700-square-foot eatery, nestled beneath the Palm Valley Bridge, remains fully operational.

Owner Paul Rohan said the potential sale, being handled by Colliers brokerage, is bound by an existing long-term lease for the restaurant.
“We’re just seeing what the market is,” Rohan told The Citizen. “We’re not going anywhere. The restaurant will still be here and everything will be the same.”
The listing comes as Roscoe Boulevard quietly transforms from a languid waterfront stretch into a more commercially vibrant corridor, home to several longtime local eateries and new development projects.
Many older homes along the boulevard are also being razed to make way for larger residences commanding record-breaking prices.
Among the new projects, a high-profile private club and public fine dining restaurant backed by oilman Alex Cranberg is planned for 301 N. Roscoe Blvd., promising an upscale, members-only gathering spot.
Meanwhile, a proposed Roscoe homeschool enrichment center could bring as many as 500 children to a converted 5-acre campus featuring “school barns” for classical education, theater, music, and coding.
