The hum of conversation, the quick flash of a handshake, the ignition of fresh ideas—at EnterCircle, ambition reigns.

Inside the First Coast’s innovation beachhead, The Link in Nocatee, Northeast Florida’s most decorated leaders and entrepreneurs gather each year not simply to attend a summit, but to turn vision into action.

This year’s theme, “Purposeful Disruption – The Key to the Future,” encourages change that transforms rather than merely disrupts.

“Purposeful disruption is not just a trend — it is a defining force that shapes how we evolve as a society,” said Link cofounder Gurpreet Misra. “Whether through technological breakthroughs, scientific research, innovative business models, or new approaches to leadership, disruption becomes meaningful only when guided by intention.”

The summit opens on November 19 with Youth Day and the Youth Symposium, where local high school students step into the world of business and mentorship.

The room buzzes as teams sketch ideas, refine prototypes, and test their own ambition with help from educators and entrepreneurs who’ve traveled the road before them.

Angel investor and entrepreneur Dan Glunt, a longtime collaborator of Link cofounder Raghu Misra, sees Youth Day as more than a learning opportunity—it’s an investment in the region’s future.

“Anything you’re doing to encourage youth to explore business and entrepreneurship is absolutely important,” he said. “It’s the next generation of doers and contributors to society. You want it to go well.”

Students will hear from innovators including veteran tech executives Kurt Smith and Brad Morrison, along with SiliconBeach.ai founder Jason Engelhardt.

Many walk away with a clearer sense of possibility, ready to refine their ideas ahead of the St. Johns County School District’s Project Innovation pitch competition in January.

Scott Maynard, Senior Vice President of Economic Development and Policy at the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce, called EnterCircle one of the region’s most anticipated gatherings each year.

“Each day has a key focus for local entrepreneurs, with opportunities to hear and learn from professionals in the field,” he said. “Attendees can also network and interact with speakers to ask questions and share ideas.”

By November 20, the focus shifts to founders and small businesses. Stories of risk, resilience, and reinvention take center stage as presenters share what it takes to build something from nothing—whether navigating funding, harnessing AI, scaling operations, or designing for growth.

Speakers include Air Van Inc. President Ike Sherlock; Joell Arnold of Zenhergy Group; Sonya Marchisillo, founder of Pinnacle Communications Group; and Yara Banks of BNX Business Advisors.

The summit concludes on November 21 with Women’s Day and Expo, a vibrant celebration of female innovators and leaders.

Former television meteorologist and current St. Johns County Parks Foundation Executive Director Marithza Calderon-Ross will explore the intersection of science, leadership, and resilience.

Other speakers will include business strategist Parul Patel and consultant Indie Bollman, whose insights ground the day in practical, actionable wisdom.

Across all three segments, EnterCircle pulses with connection.

Students find mentors who seed their confidence. Entrepreneurs trade ideas with seasoned executives who have weathered the highs and lows of building something lasting. Investors scan the room for sparks of potential.

It’s not just a summit—it’s an arena where the future of Northeast Florida’s entrepreneurial ecosystem is written in real time.
