Nocatee’s Coastal Wine Market moving to new location next to incoming steakhouse

The Merlot is migrating.

Longtime Nocatee favorite Coastal Wine Market is relocating — but don’t spill your Sauvignon in a panic, wine lovers.

Owners Steve and Shaun Lourie are moving to a freshly built — and larger — space in Nocatee Town Center, near the incoming Chophouse steakhouse.

“This is the holy grail for us as small business owners,” co-owner Steve Lourie told The Parc Group. “We get to continue growing in our hometown of Nocatee and create a footprint that our guests will enjoy for years to come.”

His ever amiable spouse and co-owner Shaun Lourie echoed those sentiments ahead of the move.

“We are deeply grateful for the unwavering support of our incredible team members and loyal community, who are the heart of our success and the driving force behind our growth,” she said.

The upgraded location will include a waterfront patio for scenic sipping, along with a new private dining room and kitchen facilities.

“We’re elevating everything—from the ambiance to the seating, and even our name,” Shaun said. “We are excited to bring this vision to life and can’t wait for the community to see what we’ve been working on.”

Coastal Wine Market was originally a retail location, hence the name.

But subsequent expansion and the upcoming move have now necessitated a new title — Coastal Wine & Tapas.

A Town Center mainstay, the venture launched eight years ago and quickly entrenched itself as a stylish and sophisticated meeting place and date night destination.

“We are excited to bring this vision to life and can’t wait for the community to see what we’ve been working on,” Shaun said.

The corks will officially pop in the summer of 2025.
