A local firm is planning to develop a 16,000-square-foot professional park on two acres of land in Nocatee, The Parc Group announced.
NTM Valley Ridge LLC recently purchased the commercial site at the intersection of Valley Ridge Boulevard and Greenleaf Drive, according to a press release.
The developers will begin construction on a four building medical, dental, and commercial office complex that will be named Greenlead Professional Park.
Work at the site is scheduled to begin in 2025 with the first building scheduled for completion later that year.
The Parc Group announced that Dental Specialists of North Florida plan to occupy an office in the complex, their third in the region.
