A 1935 Ponte Vedra Blvd home has a new owner after a million dollar price cut helped to seal the final deal, records show.
The 4,476 square foot residence at 505 Ponte Vedra Blvd changed hands for $8.5 million last week.
The home, which sits near the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and its sister property The Lodge, was originally listed for $9.975 million in March.
The price was cut to $8.975 million in November before settling at the final number on Dec. 30.
Situated on a third of an acre directly on the water, the property has 5 beds and 5.5 baths.
Top local broker Kim Martin-Fisher of Douglas-Elliman held the listing.
