Heart singer Ann Wilson’s now former Palatka home has a new owner.
After eight months on the market, the riverfront residence changed hands for $1.925 million last week, records show.
“We’re honored to have represented the sale of an iconic riverfront estate in Florida — the private retreat of none other than Ann Wilson, legendary lead singer of Heart,” broker Kim Martin-Fisher of Douglas Elliman wrote in a celebratory Instagram post.
Wilson, 74, first listed the home in September 2024 for $2 million. Martin-Fisher of Douglas Elliman announced a modest price reduction to $1.895 million in April before receiving multiple offers and settling on the final number.

Wilson. who has sold more than 35 million records worldwide and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013 alongside her sister and longtime bandmate, Nancy Wilson, first put the property up for sale after a cancer diagnosis.
She initially purchased the property for $885,000 in 2019, records show.

Wilson has since undergone successful chemotherapy and returned to performing her long list of signature chart toppers at venues across the country.

Heart burst to prominence with their debut album Dreamboat Annie in 1976, featuring hits like “Magic Man” and “Crazy on You,.”
Over the decades, Wilson became one of rock’s most recognizable female vocalists, known for her range, stage presence, and influence on generations of musicians.
