The Florida Man Games have found a new home — and it’s just as delightfully unhinged as the games themselves.
The chaos will unfold Feb. 21, 2026, at The Freedom Factory in Bradenton, Florida — a retired racetrack-turned-coliseum where engines roar, lawn chairs fly, and questionable decisions are encouraged.
Born in St. Johns County, the Florida Man Games exploded into the national spotlight with its beer belly obstacle courses, backyard brawls, catalytic converter tosses, and vaguely legal heroics.
Now, it’s trading the dusty derangement of the St. Johns County Fairgrounds for Florida pavement and cranking up the crazy.

“We’re bringin’ the wild to The Freedom Factory in Bradenton, Florida — a lawless coliseum of concrete chaos, where engines roar and legends are born,” Melfi said in a Facebook post Friday. “Get ready for mud, mayhem, and maximum freedom as America’s most insane athletic showdown gets a venue worthy of its madness.”
While St. Johns County will always be the Games’ spiritual birthplace (shoutout to every man who’s ever attempted a backflip off a pontoon boat), the move to Bradenton brings bigger crowds, louder engines, and more room for Floridians to do what they do best: absolutely anything except play it safe.
The Florida Man Games: where freedom isn’t just an idea — it’s a full-contact sport.
