The rapid upscaling of Vilano Beach continues.

A chic luxury townhome development with residences kicking off at a cool million each will soon land in the once drowsy enclave, according to a press release.

Century Communities, a national homebuilder, is unfurling Breakwater Villas, a tranche of three-story luxury townhomes within walking distance of the beach.

It’s the company’s first project in St. Johns County, with sales expected to begin this summer.

“We’re thrilled to introduce this luxury lineup of townhomes to Vilano Beach, offering a premium living experience with the shoreline just a few minutes’ walk from your doorstep,” said Regional President Greg Ott in a statement.

The posh pads will start at approximately 2,700 square feet and feature three bedrooms, between 2.5 and three bathrooms, and two- to three-car garages.

All homes will include elevators, and some premium units will offer private rooftop terraces.

Interior finishes, the company said, are at a luxury-level befitting the price point.

Amenities will include a clubhouse and swimming pool, and model homes will be available for gawking in the near future.

The development will rise at 28 Castillo Vista Way near Vilano’s shoreline.

While the project marks Century Communities’s first St. Johns foray, the firm has a presence in 45 markets in 16 states, the release stated.
