One of Ponte Vedra Boulevard’s signature residences has cut its price by 24% since first hitting the market in February of 2022.
Known as Sunrise Villa, the 10 bedroom, 13.5 bath mansion initially went up for $16,960,000 before a series of subsequent reductions, according to records.
The price was slashed to $15 million this past March, before another $2.1 million decrease earlier this month.
Built on 1.5 acres, the property boasts a slew of amenities, from a theater room and dine-in wine cellar to “European cast bronze figures throughout the manicured grounds,” according to a listing.
The home also features 10 garages and a 2 bedroom guest house.
A spa wing offers a lounge, pool, gym, sauna, massage room and a marble steam area.
In another notable Ponte Vedra Boulevard listing, a 6,000 sq. ft. home listed for $17,875,000 that went up for sale in May is currently listed as pending.
