A new coffee concept is coming to St. Augustine.

Seasoned franchisers Mike Murray and Joe Herlihy are brewing up several Boost Coffee & Energy locations and plan a St. Johns outpost, according to The Jacksonville Daily Record.

The drive-thru model serves up coffee, assorted energy drinks, protein beverages, and snacks.

The duo have deep experience building and managing franchises, including several Planet Fitness locations in North Florida, the outlet reported.

They say Boost will invest in top shelf ingredients than will elevate the brand above existing mainstream options.

“Coffee is no longer just a morning ritual; it’s an all-day lifestyle,” Murray told JDR.

Each location will feature in-house roasting.

The first Boost will begin to pour in May in Jacksonville’s Westside, and the St. Augustine location at an outparcel of The Forum on Greenbriar is set to open in August.

Additional locations are planned in Yulee and Palm Coast, JDR reported, and Initial stores will be corporate-owned before fully-fledged franchising begins.

Boost is aiming to capture caffeine consumers aged 18–50, with its locations set at 600–800-square-feet with dual-lane drive-thru units.
