Another prominent St. Augustine Bed & Breakfast has hit the market, records show
The Agustin Inn, located at 29 Cuna St., sits half a block off St. George Street and has long been part of the cluster of small inns, restaurants and shops that define the city’s downtown tourism corridor.
The three-story building, constructed in 1898, is listed for $6.25 million, according to the listing. The business remains fully operational.

The 18-room property last changed hands for $4.35 million in January 2023, county records indicate.
The inn is advertised as having 17 guest rooms totaling 4,982 square feet on a tenth-acre lot and includes elevator access as well as interior corridors and several small common spaces.
The property has operated as part of the city’s small-scale lodging house sector, comprised mostly of older homes converted to bed-and-breakfast use during the tourism booms of the late 20th century.
Its location places it within steps of downtown’s highest-traffic areas, including the Castillo de San Marcos, the Colonial Quarter and the shops lining St. George Street.

44 Spanish Street, listed for $2.15 million in August, is currently in contract.
The Penny Farthing Inn remains on the market for $2.25 million, while 1001 Nights on Orange Street is asking $3.3 million.

At Journey’s End on Cedar Street was most recently offered at $1.75 million but has since been taken off the market.
