They’ve nailed down an opening date.
The Turner family is hammering out plans for their sixth area Turner Hardware location — and this time, they’re building in the heart of Nocatee.
The locally owned, fourth-generation company announced that its newest store will open in summer 2027, just south of the Nocatee Fire Station on Crosswater Parkway, according to the Parc Group, the community’s master developer.
Construction is set to begin in spring 2026.
Turner Hardware first opened in Northeast Florida in 1950, evolving from a classic neighborhood hardware store into a varied retailer blending home improvement staples with lifestyle products.
The Nocatee location will feature more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and covered outdoor space.
Customers a wide array of tools, paint, plumbing, electrical supplies, and everything for the lawn and garden.
But the store will also go beyond the basics, offering premium grills from top brands like Big Green Egg, Traeger, Weber, and Yoder Smokers; outdoor power tools from Stihl; furniture from Kingsley Bate and Berlin Gardens; and high-quality coolers and drinkware from Yeti and Stanley.
The new location will also house the third — and largest — iteration of The Ledge, Turner’s lifestyle and apparel shop-within-a-shop, featuring coastal-inspired clothing and footwear from Olukai, Vuori, Tommy Bahama, Free Fly, Faherty, Marsh Wear, and more.
Turner Hardware currently has locations in Marsh Landing in South Jacksonville Beach and World Golf Village in St. Augustine. among other outposts.
