The First Coast’s premier residential row continues to draw strong sales numbers
A half-acre oceanfront plot along gilded Ponte Vedra Blvd. has changed hands for $4.7 million, according to country records.
The parcel at 330 Ponte Vedra Blvd. backs up to the 3rd tee box of the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club’s prestigious Ocean Course, offering direct views of the greens, according to top local broker Elizabeth Hudgins of Berkshire Hathaway, who held the listing.
The lot, located 12 doors down from PVIC, has 100 feet of boulevard frontage.
The property was first listed for sale in March for $6.75 million, but that price included a home on the property that was demolished prior to this month’s sale.
Ponte Vedra Blvd. has remained in high demand over the past year, with eight-figure home sales for blue chop properties — especially those directly on the water — becoming near routine.
