Lettuce eat!
A unique dining option is arriving in Nocatee with the grand opening of Salata, the build-your-own salad and wrap concept, at Nocatee Town Center on March 23.
The restaurant allows guests to customize their meals, with six salad bases, more than 50 toppings, and 11 house-made dressings, along with soups, organic teas, and fresh lemonades.
Local franchise owners Jason and Sandy O’Hara, a husband-and-wife team with extensive restaurant experience and ties to the Jacksonville area, will run the Nocatee location.

To celebrate the opening, the restaurant will donate 25% of all proceeds to HUGS St. Johns, a nonprofit providing food, clothing, and school supplies to children and families in need.
Guests on opening day can also enjoy some giveaways, including a Salata Swag Box for the first guest in line, a BOGO salad or wrap coupon while supplies last, and $7 off a future visit through the Salata Tastemaker app.
“Opening our first Salata restaurant here in Nocatee is incredibly meaningful for our family,” said Jason O’Hara. “Jacksonville is where our journey together began years ago, and coming back to this community to introduce a concept we truly believe in feels full circle. We’re proud to bring something fresh to the area and look forward to welcoming guests into a space that reflects the healthy, active lifestyle that drew us back here.”
Salata was founded in 2005 in Houston by Berge Simonian and has grown to over 100 locations nationwide.
The Nocatee location will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
