Former NFL linebacker and executive Matt Millen has listed his newly completed oceanfront estate in Ponte Vedra Beach for $19.75 million, The Citizen has learned.
Millen, 67, purchased vacant land along St. Johns County’s premier residential span on Ponte Vedra Boulevard in 2018 for $3.43 million, and the home was finished in 2024.
The 5,938-square-foot residence sits on 1.85 acres with 190 feet of direct ocean frontage, public records show.

Built from concrete block, the spread includes hurricane-impact windows, a cement tile roof, a full-home generator, and shoreline protection, the listing states.
Inside, white oak floors, ash beams, and a travertine fireplace highlight the main living areas.
Outdoor spaces include a summer kitchen, heated spa, fireplace, and dune walkovers.
Top local agents Lisa Barton and Marsha Lynn Keller of Keller Williams Realty hold the listing.
Known for his tenacious style of play — especially during his tenure with the Silver and Black –Millen played 12 seasons in the NFL with the Raiders, 49ers, and Redskins and won four Super Bowls.
After retiring, he worked as a broadcaster and later as an NFL general manager with the Detroit Lions.
He maintains a 200-acre primary residence in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
