A 36-hole miniature golf course called Beach Valley Mini Golf could soon land in the SilverLeaf master-planned community.
The roughly 2-acre project would include two 18-hole courses, a clubhouse, pavilions and parking.
The complex would span roughly 30,000 square feet, according to papers filed with St. Johns County.

The site, owned by The Hutson Companies, is perched south of SilverLeaf Drive and west of St. Johns Parkway.
According to an application, the husband-and-wife developer team — Michael and Bridgette Goolsby — would lease the land.
The proposal is set to be reviewed by the county’s Development Review Committee on April 22.
SilverLeaf, one of the largest master-planned communities in the region, has seen a quickening pace of development in recent years, with new housing, retail, and recreational amenities coming online.
If approved, Beach Valley would be the brand’s first location and would join other similar projects already in the works.

In January, the St. Johns County commissioners unanimously approved a proposed golf-themed entertainment center near Palencia, citing strong demand for family-friendly activities in the area.
The 5-0 vote clears the way for Nothing Putt Fun & Games, a project planned for a 4.5-acre site along U.S. 1.
The development would include a one-story 16,000-square-foot indoor miniature golf facility, a 22,000-square-foot outdoor course, arcade games, food trucks and a small bar.
