St. Augustine Mayor Nancy Sikes-Kline joined Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan on Sunday at TIAA Bank Field, celebrating the Jaguars’ thrashing of the hapless New York Jets.
Sikes-Kline shared a photo from the game alongside Khan on Facebook, thanking the mustachioed mogul’s family for their hospitality and exalting the team’s performance.
“Ho Ho Ho Go Jaguars!!!” the Old City mayor wrote. “Thank you to The Khan Family for your warm hospitality today. Thrilled to represent St. Augustine at a big win against the Jets today!”

The mayor donned a jaguar-print blouse for the photo — a playful nod to the hometown team.
Powered by quarterback Trevor Lawrence’s six-touchdown day, the Bold City Big Cats now sit at 10-4 on the season, with playoff hopes in full bloom.
Looking ahead, the Jaguars face a stiff road test against the Denver Broncos, a trip to take on division rival the Indianapolis Colts, and a home finale versus the Tennessee Titans.
After sparking some initial concern with a bungled intonation of the team’s signature “duuuuvaaaal” howl, first-year head coach Liam Coen has inspired renewed belief following the recent run of wins.
