He wanted to complete the outfit.

A nattily dressed jewel thief used a stolen credit card to fraudulently purchase $24,000 in jewles items at an unspecified Town Center store, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Department said this week.

“The suspect entered a jewelry store and made an illegal purchase of over $24,000 using an individual’s credit card,” the agency said.

Surveillance pictures of the neatly coiffed gem thief showed him wearing a suit and dress shoes as he walked into the location with his hands in his pockets.
