Specialty coffees, protein brews and energy drinks may be headed to the Walmart Supercenter development in World Golf Village as Dutch Bros proposes another St. Johns County location.

The Oregon-based coffee chain filed a site plan with the Building Department, showing a 986-square-foot Dutch Bros at 3405 International Golf Parkway. The development is across from Tocoi Creek High School.

Chipotle, Panda Express and Chick-fil-A have all filed proposals to occupy outparcels on the Walmart Supercenter site.

Dutch Bros submitted the preliminary filing on Oct. 2.

The property owner is listed as World Commerce Center LLP, and the applicant is Kim Rickman of Z Development Services, an Orlando-based firm.

Like other Dutch Bros sites, the proposal features double drive-thru lanes and no indoor or outdoor seating.

Dutch Bros’ menu features frozen drinks, “Rebel” energy beverages and “Dutch Faves,” including the “Golden Eagle,” an espresso drink with half-and-half, vanilla and caramel drizzle.

Light snacks such as muffin tops and granola bars are on offer.

A county hearing date has not been set.

Dutch Bros has an outpost at 50 McCoy Way in St. Augustine and three sites have been proposed in St. Johns County, including near State Road 16 and Green Acres Road, and along State Road 312 West.

The coffee chain currently operates three locations in Jacksonville.
