A brand new charcuterie emporium has opened its doors in Ponte Vedra Beach.
Mini-chain Graze Craze — which offers boards stacked with a variety of bite sized delights both sweet and savory — has supplanted an outgoing Subway location at 254 Solana Road.
According to its website, the brand promotes an eating model known as “grazing.”
The concept “allows people the flexibility to eat an entire meal or small portions of food throughout the day,” the site states.
The approach is especially useful for parties and gatherings, because it offers guests a wide variety of options that satisfies every conceivable palate.
The charcuterie approach also accommodates those with dietary restrictions.
“Our hand-crafted personal and picnic boxes, platters, and grazing tables are perfect for every day or making an impression at all social events, including a quiet date, birthday party, business luncheon, or large wedding reception,” Graze Craze pledges.
The popular “Gone Grazey” platter includes spreads, breads, meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables, and garnishes.
Graze Craze has two other local locations in St. Augustine and Jacksonville.
