Ponte Vedra’s luxury home sector continues to expand.
Toll Brothers has announced plans for a glittering gated development in Marsh Harbor with high-end residences starting at $1.9 million.
The homebuilding juggernaut touted the project’s proximity to the Intracoastal Waterway and panoramic oak trees views in unveiling their plans last week.
“Settled in the marshes along the Intracoastal Waterway, Toll Brothers at Marsh Harbor offers grand, single-family new homes in Ponte Vedra, Florida, with beautiful marsh and preserve views within the established Marsh Harbor gated community,” according to a press release.
The homes sites will range in size from 3,762 to upwards of 4,691 square feet, Toll Brothers said.
Owners will have several different models to select from with 4 to 6 bedrooms, 4 to 5 baths, and 3- or 4-car garages.
Residents will have access to Marsh Harbor’s existing amenities, including a pool, pavilion, and community dock.
The firm sought to entice would-be buyers by amplifying Ponte Vedra’s burgeoning upmarket appeal — and St. Johns County’s top rated schools.
“We are thrilled to bring our luxury homes to the prestigious Ponte Vedra neighborhood of Marsh Harbor,” said Greg Netro, Group President of Toll Brothers in North Florida. “Toll Brothers at Marsh Harbor offers a perfect blend of luxury, serenity, and convenience, making it an ideal place to call home.”
Site work has already begun and homes are expected to be available for sale in early 2025.
