A South Roscoe Boulevard estate that sold for $7.1 million in September 2024—one of the priciest residential transactions in the road’s history—is back on the market for $500,000 less after a series of price cuts.
Just six months after the headline-making 2024 sale, the home returned to the market at $7.9 million.
Since then, the price has been chopped four times, now listed at $6.75 million.

If it were to sell at the current asking price, the owner would take roughly a 4.9% loss from the previous sale.
The earlier $7.1 million transaction involved noted local businessman Brig Hart, who sold the property then known as Seven Palms.
Hart purchased the estate in 2011 for $1.15 million and completed extensive renovations over the years.
The South Roscoe property spans two acres and includes a 5,750-square-foot main home with four bedrooms and 5.5 baths, along with a 3,166-square-foot collector-car garage with a bar, one of its most distinctive features.
Hart originally listed for $8.5 million before ultimately selling it at $7.1 million.
Prices along the once sleepy stretch that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway have gone galactic in recent years.
Another South Roscoe waterfront spread sold for $7.5 million in July, records show.

The sprawling 4.59-acre compound with 500 feet of direct IW frontage drew interest from deep-pocketed buyers seeking rare water access in the heart of Palm Valley.
