can you email me as more info becomes available?
why are there no updates on this story and so few details? The former coworkers (me included) of one of the people that were killed are devastated here in Virginia.
That is a very dangerous stretch of road, with hotels on the east and west sides – restaurants on both sides – I see people taking their lives in their hands to cross there. I drive that part of US 1 every day. There is a 45 mile per hour speed limit. There are no pedestrian signs such as the ones on A1A and Coastal Highway with flashing lights and red flags for the pedestrians to wave. The businesses and the city need to get together and make it a pedestrian-friendly stretch. God bless the victims and their families.
