A man brandishing a knife a entered a Daily’s 24-hour convenience store in Nocatee Town Center early Monday morning and robbed a clerk, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office.
The suspect walked into the location at 40 Settlement drive at 4 a.m. and made threats to a worker before taking property and fleeing the scene on foot.
The department said the thief was located nearby and taken into custody.
The probe is ongoing, and there are no threats to the community, the post stated.
The Daily’s is situated within a larger commercial area that includes a Publix and several other stores, along with a parking lot.
