A six-pack of luxury condominiums on the Intracoastal Waterway in Fernandina Beach hit the market in recent weeks — and two are already in contract.
The 3-story Landings on Amelia River — which is currently under construction — has four remaining units priced between $3.2 million and $3.4 million, a sum that includes a coveted membership to the Ritz Carlton.
Initiation fees to the blue-chip resort will be covered by the condo developer as part of each purchase.
Miller Group of Amelia — which holds the listing — said the condo building is the first development along the waterfront stretch in 15 years.
“Each unit offers stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and a boat slip at the community dock,” the listing states.
With units ranging in size from 3,257 to 3,348 square feet, the development boasts high end fixtures throughout, including Wolf and Subzero appliances, along with Mooney’s custom cabinetry.
Each unit is set on a single floor and will have elevator access.
The Miller Group revealed that two of the upscale units have already been snapped up, and that buyers have until mid-February to customize their condos.
