Now that’s a happy hour.
A remarkably lucky customer at Palm Valley Outdoors Bar & Grill was stunned to find a pair of pearls in a single order of oysters during a recent afternoon meal, the popular eatery said on Facebook.
The odds of landing one of the precious pebbles is generally estimated at roughly 1 in 10,000.
The Roscoe Boulevard mainstay posted a pair of pictures of the barstool bonanza, showing one closeup of the twin valuables in the palm of the customer’s hand.
A second shot shows him beaming with pride along with two dining partners, with the lucky tray of memorable mollusks in the background.
“Our guests found two pearls while enjoying their .99 oysters and happy hour,” the restaurant wrote. “Stop in and see if you find more!”
While pearl values vary greatly by size and shape, they are generally worth between $300 and $1,500, according to The Pearl Source.
