The Citizen has the latest Nocatee sales numbers.

A little more than two decades after Nocatee first broke ground, the popular planned community is now 92% developed, The Citizen has learned.

The Parc Group, the firm behind the coveted water park and golf cart enclave, recently announced availability for its final development, Reflections.

Comprised solely of single-family properties, the project has sold 17% of its homesites at this early stage.

Here’s a comprehensive list of all Nocatee communities that still have homesites available — and what remains.

RIVER LANDING: Custom estate homes, 71% sold

DEL WEBB NOCATEE: 55 and over villas and single-family homes, 93% sold

WEST END: Townhomes and villas, 84% sold

CORAL RIDGE: Estate homes 75% sold

WOODLAND PARK: Townhomes 14% sold

CROSSWINDS: Villas and single-family homes, 21% sold

SEABROOK VILLAGE: Single-family homes 44% sold

PALM CREST: Single-family homes 95% sold

Once these developments are sold out, Nocatee will turn on the red No Vacancy sign and its welcome enter will turn out the lights.

Once every parcel is in contract, Nocatee will have just shy of 12,000 homes.
