A 280-unit apartment complex has been proposed for a 31-acre parcel at Florida 207 off of I-95 in St. Johns County, according to a new application.
The 97,000-square-foot project would be comprised of three separate buildings with 65 units each, along a third structure with 85, papers show.
The county is currently reviewing the plan.
The project would host 119 two-bedroom and 16 three-bedroom apartments.
The complex would include 501 parking spaces, or 1.79 spots per unit, papers show.
The developer, John Axelon, picked up the 85-acre site for $1.126 million in 2010.
According to the application, the proposal is a revised version of a previously approved multifamily plan.
